LOST PACKAGE'S

Paint Life Supply Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn’t turned up in 3 more days, please contact us at support@paintlifesupply.com in order for them to start a claim with the postal service.

--

If the tracking number shows that the order is still in transit, a claim will not be filed and action will not be taken by our team until we have seen no movement from your order in 10 business days, for domestic orders. For international orders action will be taken after 40 days from the shipment date. No movement refers to it being scanned by the carrier. If it has not been scanned in 10 business days, then our team will work towards filing a claim with the carrier.

--

If the order has been marked by the carrier as "delivered," a claim will be filed 20 days after the shipment date.

--

If a package is believed to have been stolen after receiving confirmation from the carrier that the package was delivered, then you must proceed with filing a police report. Again, this is not Paint Life Supply Co.'s responsibility.

--

We highly recommend that you purchase order insurance with any order. This covers the cost of any lost or damaged item no matter who is at fault. If order insurance is purchased, then Paint Life Supply Co is able to immediately reship the items damaged or lost.

--

Risk of loss or damage with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Paint Life Supply Co. to you after 10 days of the carrier marking your order as "delivered." Therefore, you will have to proceed with filing a claim with the postal service if 10 days have past.

DAMAGED ORDER'S & MISSING ITEMS

If an order arrives damaged or an item from the order is missing, the damage and missing item must be reported within 14 days of delivery in order for Paint Life Supply Co. to supply a replacement.

To report any damages, please email support@paintlifesupply.com. The order number and pictures of the damaged item must be included in the email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

The Paint Life Supply Co. currently ships worldwide. Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. We are not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Paint Life Supply Co. has no control over these charges, nor can Paint Life Supply Co. predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, quarantine fees, or package warehousing fees assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.

Note:
• Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
• Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
