After you place an order and the payment has gone through, cancellations and address changes cannot be guaranteed. You can email us at support@paintlifesupply.com to cancel an order, but with our shipping department working around the clock to get orders out in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before shipment. Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket.
You have 14 days from the day the order is delivered to return a product or report a damaged/defective item. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Digital documents, online courses, priority processing, shipping expenses, and sale items are non-refundable. We will also not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
If you return a Paint Line item, sprayer, or Expert Stain Machine then we charge 20% restocking fee.
The shipping expenses are non-refundable and the cost of shipping your item back to us, is not covered by Paint Life Supply Co.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
You can send your returned items to Paint Life Supply Co., please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Please note, that shipping expenses are not refunded.

We can exchange items as long as they are like new, have not been worn (besides being tried on) or washed. You would be responsible for the shipping cost of getting them back to us, and we will ship the new pair at no additional charge.

Please include a note in the package that says that you are exchanging for a different item, the requested size, and your order number. Once we receive the original item, you’ll receive a tracking number when the new item has shipped.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
