The EXPERT Pre-Stain Machine efficiently stains wood up to 12" x 3.5", delivering exceptional coverage on one, two, three, or all four sides as needed. It can also handle tapered lumber with ease. With a two-person operation, the machine produces approximately 650 linear feet per hour when coating all four sides—that’s about 108 fence pickets per hour.
Designed with efficiency in mind, the system allows for excess stain recovery. Any unused stain collects below and can be poured back into the hopper, minimizing waste and maximizing savings. Spare rolls, brushes, and nozzles are available separately for added convenience.
